2. Prescription Requirement

  • For products classified under Schedule E1, a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner is mandatory.

  • Prescriptions are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Users can upload their prescription during the purchase process or send it to our support team at support@cannavedic.in or via +91 8917627664.

  • If a valid prescription is not available, users can opt for a free consultation with our doctor to obtain one. This ensures customers receive proper guidance for their medicinal needs.

  • Failure to provide a valid prescription or avail of the consultation will result in order cancellation.

 

 

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept both prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) for all products.

  • Refund Deductions: Only consultation and shipping charges (if applicable) are deducted during cancellations or refunds. No other fees are imposed.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Regions: We ship pan India only. International shipping is not available.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the location.

  • Address Errors or Customer Unavailability: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for prepaid orders. COD orders incur a 5% COD fee.

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and educational materials, is the property of Cannavedic.

  • Eligibility: Free consultations are available for all Schedule E1 products requiring a prescription.

  • One-Time Offer: Each order includes one free consultation. Additional consultations will require a consultation fee.
